For Customers
Everyone needs a little help managing their debt at some point. If you've heard from us, you don't need to worry, we are here to help you get back on track.
Bad debt made good
No one wants the stress of unpaid debts following them around. If you owe money for a TV, an overdue electricity bill, phone bill, cash loan, or whatever it may be, we promise you a sympathetic ear and the right guidance to help you pay back the money.

You may think what you can afford is too little. That we’ll take too much too quickly. But that’s not how we operate. We’ll find an amount that's fair and that you can afford so you can pay back what you owe without more stress.
Deal with your difficult debt in five easy steps
We put our customers first and we don't charge excessive interest or fees. Here's how working with us to manage your debt works:
01
We’re assigned your debt
The company you originally owed money to assigns the debt to us. We contact you so you can either pay it in full or discuss a fair repayment plan.
02
We listen
We treat you fairly. We check in to see if everything is okay and take the time to understand your situation.
03
We set goals
Together we work out a repayment plan you can manage. We can also refer you to a local financial counsellor.
04
We adapt
If your situation changes and there are reasons you can't pay or you're facing financial difficulty, we can change your payment level.
05
You succeed
When your debt is paid off, we update your credit file so other companies can see you have paid it back. A better credit report means you may have more financial freedom.
Having a hard time making it all work?
If you're struggling with your finances or experiencing financial hardship and aren't sure how to find the light at the end of the tunnel, you have options and we are here to help.
